Newcomers with Disabilities

in Sweden

We work towards ensuring a life free from inequality and
discrimination for newcomers, refugees and asylum seekers with disabilities.

Welcome to our biweekly physical meetings

We meet every two weeks

We meet to chat, practice our Swedish, have fika and support each other.
We also have expert speakers coming to talk about topics that are relevant for our members.

Vision

We want Newcomers with Disabilities to be regarded as its own group and that their needs are met during the entire inclusion process.

Mission

Increase awareness of the conditions for asylum seekers and refugees with disabilities.

We need to reshape our own perception of how we view ourselves. We have to step up and take the lead.

We empower young newcomers with disabilities in Sweden.
